Custom Orders: All our T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, and other apparel are made-to-order. We do not keep inventory or stock.

Production Time: Production times vary by product type:

Dye-Sublimation Prints: 5-7 business days, potentially longer if delays occur.

Standard Prints: 5-7 business days.

Returns

As all items are made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted. If you need to amend an order, contact customer service at orders@expressvigilantly.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you do not need to return it. Please inform customer service promptly, and we will send the correct item.
Refunds

Store Credit: Refunds are issued as store credit for:

Damaged items or those with missing parts upon delivery.

If an incorrect item was sent and you prefer not to receive a replacement.

Store credit amount equals half of the purchase price if we make an error and you decline the replacement item.

Exclusions: Sale items, accessories, gear, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Fee: A $5 cancellation and processing fee is deducted from any refunds issued as store credits when a customer refuses store credit.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if intervention occurs before production begins. Contact customer support immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days post-production. Shipping costs are included in your final bill and are non-refundable.

International Shipping: We ship to the U.S., U.S. territories, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, and the UK. The risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the goods.
